Four sumptuous volumes, which must rank as the most comprehensive catalogue of its kind, illustrating exemplary pieces of every genre, era and movement from the dawn of Islam to the present day, alongside specialist essays and well-considered descriptions.”
Cyrus Naji, Art Newspaper

The Farjam Collection, comprising over 5,000 artworks, is well known in the Middle East but has remained unpublished until now. This four book, two-volume publication – ‘Masterpieces of Islamic Art’ and ‘Masterpieces of Modern and Contemporary Art’ – comprises over 800 highlights from the collection, showcasing its exceptional range and breadth – from the earliest arts of the Islamic world, to the work of artists from the Middle East today.

It was a privilege to have designed this extraordinary set of volumes, the culmination of a two year journey steered by a brilliant editorial and production team and the expertise of the Farjam Foundation.
